Steps to Create a New Supplier

This article provides a comprehensive guide to setting up a new supplier on dtect.

Step 1: Navigate to Supplier Setup

In dtect, navigate to the section where you can create a new supplier. This option is found under Suppliers.

Step 2: Enter Supplier Details

Enter the following information:

• Supplier Name (mandatory): Enter the supplier's name. Please be sure you are entering a unique name as duplicate named suppliers are not allowed.

• Redirect Links (mandatory): Enter the 4 types of redirects for that supplier. For an in-depth guide on how to do this, please see our Knowledge Base article on Setting Up Redirects.

Setting Up Supplier Redirects

The redirect setup involves obtaining the supplier's redirects, setting up the links, confirming or editing the links, appending the panelist ID, dealing with project-specific and path variables, and verifying your setup.

Please note that the setup process might vary slightly based on the supplier's requirements or your specific use case.

After successfully setting up the redirects, click "Save" to confirm the details and start using the supplier.
